  • I was totally excited since during our trip there really hadn't been any soup or noodles in my diet. Plus my friend said that this place was amazing. We were under the impression that they were under construction, lucky us it was open! A long line outside of what seemed like a tourist bus full of chinese business men. We waited for about 20mins. Finally seated. I ordered the Tainan noodles. It came to the table in a timely matter. Noodles were a bit too al dente for me and then broth tasted like chicken top ramen from the bag. It was pretty much a wanna be bowl of Shoyu ramen. We waited about 30 minutes to pay but no one in sight was checking on us. Outside there were about 25 people waiting for a table and inside there were about 7 empty tables. The servers were a bit rude. Finally under a time crunch I walked up and behind the counter to hand them my debit card and check. There wasn't even an appology of any sort. Meh...they are only "good" because they are the only more "authentic" Chinese restaurant on the strip. Someone needs to open up a real ramen house or Pho noodle house to take them down ;)
