Ok. I don't know why this place doesn't have more reviews or BETTER reviews? This place is a nice little store to go for supplements and
food. They don't have produce (when I asked-owner said she doesn't want to take business away from kriegers down the road. But IMHO kriegers is too far for her store to have an impact. Seems silly NOT to have produce here.)
The supplement selection is pretty amazing. They have some common brands that u might find at gnc but there's a lot of not so common supplement brands and selection that get great reviews on Amazon which is where I always check first before buying.
I almost bypassed this store to drive miles down the road just because of the review stating they had crappy selection.
Glad I didn't pass it up though bc I humbly disagree with that person!
Food selection is chip kind of snacks and desserts like boxed cakes and cookies and choc chips and health food bars and meats sticks Etc
PLUS back wall is fridge section with sprouted breads and gluten free breads and bacon and waffles plus other refrig stuff--lots of organic/gluten free/vegan etc
(See pics)
They have Small selection of educational books too.
The owner seems nice and personable. Very present in the store. Very helpful with things.
FYI:From my understanding her knowledge is self taught (no schooling or degree)
States she holds classes from time to time to educate which is nice. I like to do my own research though so that's not a resource I would probably use.
Took pics of the aisles (some but not all aisles) to help give an idea.
Yes the store is on the smaller side BUT it's truly jam packed and they do have a good selection.
Pricey? Uh yes. Most things are cheaper online (some items almost double and other items just a few dollars higher)...but then Again aren't ALL health food stores more expensive?! It's a great store in a pinch! I'm thankful for this neighborhood health store!
Also have a rewards system with a card. Once u rack up 150 points u get a check in the mail for $15 I believe it is. Nice incentive!
