  • This was my first time purchasing a Louis Vuitton purse. I always hear people that have really good or really bad experiences at LV stores. Luckily, I had a wonderful experience! Yoko greeted me right away and was very patient while I decided on the purse style and design. All of the saleswomen were also pleasant. I will definitely return to this location for my next purse. Keep up the good work, guys! Update: Because I spoke so highly of the store to my family, my mom ordered a toiletry clutch from Yoko. We did the order over the phone. It arrived in less than 5 days. I will do business with this store again. I live in Southern California but I am very particular about who I do business with. While there are many LV stores throughout SoCal, I will be loyal to this location until I have a reason not to.
