  • I am ashamed of myself for going to this location for service. When I first walked in there was a whale of a lady sitting behind the counter who was so incredibly rude. She must think she is better than all the customers who enter the store because she is larger than them. I first approach the counter and ask the manatee, "hello, how are you"?... To which it replied with, "good", it does not reciprocate a very common greeting, this should have been my indication of service quality. After this I ask the manatee if they replace watch batteries, it says yes. I am then directed to another person who fumbled with my watch like a complete amateur to replace the battery. Then I pay this person at the till for the poor service rendered. I was left with the question.. What is it exactly that the manatee does? Why does it work here and what is its function? It does nothing but sit on ass and provide a very poor first impression to customers. I will never visit this store again, and will encourage all to do the same.
