  • We're happy with the mattress. Good support, a bit firmer than our late latex...our complaint is about the customer service. We have a lot of stuff going on right now and needed to know when the mattress would be delivered...we only had one free day to set aside within a two week period. Wayne, the store manager, forgot to put the frame on the truck so the delivery guys were unable to set it up (they had promised free set-up). Wayne's solution was for us to wait two days and he'd have it delivered them. Since one of us has mobility issues, sleeping with the bed on the floor was unacceptable while we waited two days for the frame. A similar thing happened before regarding a headboard we bought for our last bed when it wasn't on the truck and the manager stopped at our house when he got off work and set it up for us. No such offer came from Wayne. Since we couldn't wait, I drove back to the store and got the frame myself. I told Wayne it should be free to us since we were not getting the set up promised due to his error. He offered nothing. Since neither of us are spring chickens, when I got home I found some landscapers and paid them $20 to set up the bed. Nice mattress but lousy customer service.
