  • This was my second time traveling from Buffalo to Cleveland for the "CIFF" and it definitely won't be my last. I love film.... I love independent film.... and I love getting a "before everyone else peek" at some of the great films of the year! Everything is run very smoothly from the Facebook page, to the website, to the ticketing process, to the picking up of tickets at "will-call", to the actual lining up to enter the theaters to see the films. I like how 25% of tickets are reserved for same day purchasers and stand-by.... so those who decide to go on a whim still get to see great film. The films are GREAT! I saw 4 feature length films and a program of 8 shorts in 24 hours (!!!!). The post screening talks with writers, directors, and actors are an amazing bonus after seeing the films. And (not as inconsequential as it may seem) the popcorn at the Tower City Cinema is AMAZING! See ya next year "CIFF"!!!
