Last Saturday was our first and last visit here. The staff doesn't have a service model that they can excel with in the first place, (i.e., sit down, be told to look at the menu and then go to the cash and place your order, go over there and get your cutlery, get a glass and get water if you want water) but it would have been nice to be told after waiting and asking 3 people for the drink I'd ordered that they had 'forgotten' that I had to make a third trip to the cutlery station to get dressing for the salad they'd just plunked down. The manager or head server tried to make up for it by offering us free pastries - we didn't want pastries. We just wanted to be served what we ordered and informed ahead of time about getting our own dressing and condiments. The salad wasn't fresh and the chicken was dry. Zero training and concept about focusing on the customer's experience - what does the customer really want, not what Nando's thinks they want, it appears. I'm already wondering what will replace it in this space.
