I needed a oil change. Came down on a Saturday to get this done so that I would not need to take off from work. My car leaked oil all week long after getting serviced. I called the dealership for them to look at the issue to see what they had done wrong. Was told that this should be a quick fix. I am here waiting on the shuttle to take me to work asked if they could let me know how long before the shuttled would arrive and the guy is annoyed that I am asking. So I asked him to give me the shuttle drivers number so I could call he picks up the phone dials the number and tells me that his phone is busy. I've been waiting one full hour now for a shuttle ride. This is the worst customer service. Also I noticed that the containers for the other fluids were empty . Go figure...so they call me to tell me that the car is ready and that they have filled empty containers in car ,fixed oil leak and that a part had to be order for the hatch trunk that came down on my head also that they driver could pick me up at 2pm. He arrived on time. I am giving you extra stars because of the driver that really turned out to be a nice old guy.
