Customer service on the phone when setting the appointment was good and the repairman showed up earlier than scheduled...A+. He was a friendly person and pinpointed my problem and fixed it immediately. However I gave them 3 stars because I felt a bit overcharged for the simple 20 minute visit and easy solution to my problem (a simple tightening of a loose connection on my power box that took 1 minute to tighten). All in all, I appreciated the customer service, speedy arrival, and friendliness...but the fee was too high in my opinion.
