  • I had never been to a Drury Plaza hotel before my visit, so I didn't know what to expect. I think I will look specifically for this hotel chain from now on. The service was fantastic, especially from the front desk who let me back into my checked out room after I forgot my car keys (oops!) The wait staff for happy hour and breakfast were delightful.
