Our initial build encountered several issues. After originally writing a review that was less than stellar I was contacted some months later by the operations manager. It was important for him to try and resolve the issues I had mentioned in my review. While the overall experience was not great Dan was willing and able to fix a majority of my complaints. Ultimately customer service is not always about getting it right the first time but correcting things when they are wrong. For that Dan, and Tribal waters moved from a 1 star to a 4 star. The only reason they are not a full five is there is damage to a mosaic tile insert that could not be repaired without creating additional damage. On a side note some of the issues we experienced are shared with some others on this page and I would simply say that some of the people responsible for the challenges we faced are no longer with the company. Overall I have a beautiful pool.
