rev:text	Usually I am not one to write a review on any company..But Sprint Sucks!!!!! Where do I begin.. First of all, Never got what we were promised.. Just good ole Customer service.. that's all we asked..Since day one ( over a year customer) Phones never worked properly ever.. Bad service everywhere.. Useless phones.... we were promised several gift cards for signing on new service with Sprint since the beginning which we never received from (Racheal from the Scottsdale store ) she is known as top notch in the company...I really thought she was a totally honest person... very disappointing... I've constantly had to call Sprint for assistance many times....but never got a straight answer....about the time it was all over.. I've made calls to 4 different stores.. I decided to drive to a Sprint store for someone to help me and again the worker states " I can't help you" I told him.. Are you going to let me walk out of this store with no help from you? After arguing with this worker ( Greg Burger) for over 30 mins, he decides to give me a bogus number to login on my own.. All my husband and I needed was help in ordering a new phone.. the flash light burned the screen out and we needed a new phone asap..I immediately cut ties with Sprint as soon as possible....I've lost a lot of money but it was worth it....I could go on and on....They have not been totally honest with us and its very heartbreaking... It really doesn't matter what others say about this company " Sprint" but this was by far the most horrible experience I've ever had to endure in a long time.. I just want to help somebody..I would never ever recommend Sprint to anyone... Please, Please BEWARE!!
