| - All I can say is "Wow", and not in a good way. I had an appointment at the Scottsdale location this past weekend. I scheduled the appointment online. I received an email from Radiant Skin confirming the appointment, imagine my surprise when I showed up and the door was locked. I waited 15 minutes then left. I called the owner, Effie, and left a message. She returned my call the next day saying the appointment had been cancelled and they sent out cancellation notices, so I could go online and reschedule. I never received a cancellation notice and told her that when I was finally able to reach her. She insisted that notices were sent out and not only wouldn't compensate me in any way, but actually blamed ME (the customer), suggesting I deleted the cancellation notice or just didn't see it. She said she was sorry that I drove over to my appointment for no reason, but that she wasn't admitting that her company had done anything wrong. Mind you, she kept saying she didn't understand what went wrong with the system. She wouldn't offer me a refund for the Groupon I purchased, or offer a free service of equal value to the one they flaked on. She explained that she "couldn't go around giving away free services."
There you go folks, one of the worst customer service experiences of my life.
