Our tee time was delayed one hour because they were so behind. Then when we came back at the time they told us, they already sent out the other golfers because we weren't there in front of them waiting and they only had a single employee overseeing groups in high season and "weren't able to check the club house." Unbelievable. They need to staff appropriately for the season and install a better system in the event they get behind, which is likely given what we experienced. 15-20 minutes I find acceptable, but an hour is ridiculous. They didn't even offer a discount or free drink or anything as consolation. Bad customer service is what this sums up to in the end. We have golfed many many courses in the Phoenix area and this by far is the worst experience we have ever had.
