  • Went in for a flat repair. Only one tech on duty and two useless service advisers. Watched tech dismount tire from wheel and improperly used the tire machine with my alloy wheel and scored the inside of the wheel with the machine. Over torqued the wheel by rattling the wheel nuts on with the impact gun. I brought all this to the attention of the service advisor and he said that we are Canadian Tire so we are doing things properly. What a joke. They don't care about customers vehicles or doing a proper job. They would rather take shortcuts which shows their level of professionalism and aptitude. Attitude was atrocious from service advisers and tech. Tech said that if I wanted better service I should take my vehicle to the dealer. No management on duty. When talking with other employee's they acknowledged the bad attitude towards customers and poor work done at this location in the automotive area. Recommend to take your vehicle elsewhere as the potential for poor work with a bad attitude is likely the outcome.
