| - I have no kids, but was spoiling my 5 year old niece for a nice day with me and grandma! It was Monday, which was a great deal as it was Munchkin Monday so it was only $11.50 for an hour for her. It was very dead at 11am, but that was ok. At 5, my niece is "all about her!" She LOVED it! The staff was young but very helpful and they were very encouraging and showed my niece some jumpin' moves. I was chatting with the attendant at the basketball trampoline and he was very friendly. Actually everyone was friendly.
The only reason I had to mark it down was that online it said the only attraction closed was the ropes course, but came to find out the sports simulator was closed. My niece was looking forward to doing the soccer one, and no one was to be found around the laser maze. Then all - and I mean ALL of the arcade games were down. According to the attendant the company was on its way to fix it. That brought the rating down to a 4 (more for the lack of open stuff than the arcade as that really isn't their fault).
But the reason to bring it to a 3? There were no refreshments besides vending machines. I understand it's not a busy time, but it can't be that hard to have one attendant to sell cold drinks and snacks at least. The Gatorade we bought from the vending machines wasn't even cold. My niece, as you can expect from a 5 year old, was happy with the jumping stuff, but after her disappointment at the closed arcade, we went to another arcade location and spent the bulk of our money there on food and games. It was a shame. We would go back, but would try to make sure everything is open when we do go.
I will say, this thoroughly wore this high-energy little lady OUT. In fact, her mom told us she fell asleep on the way to her gymnastics class.. lol!! haha!! So apparently it's a place they inject your high energy children with tranquilizer darts. Did the trick!
