  • This is our first time trying the place. We ordered to go. I ordered a parmesan chicken sandwich for myself and Parmesan pasta for the girlfriend. They had good customer service making small convo and all. Although we got the food fairly quickly, we drove home and noticed we didn't receive the correct order (it was a salad and chicken alfredo). We called about the incorrect order and drove back to return the food. They were apologetic and quick with replacing the meal and went on our way home. We checked our order again when we got home and 1 out of the 2 orders was correct. We got the parm pasta but not the parm sandwich. Instead we got a ham and onion sandwich with, I think, broccoli rabe sauce. I ate the sandwich bc I didn't feel like going back to return it. The food was pretty good even the order was wrong. I wish they would've compensated for the wrong order and driving back the first time but oh well. Lesson of the story, both sides need to check their food before handing it to the customer and before taking the food all the way home.
