  • Unfortunately, this was a let down. Watching a staff member scratch his beard, then his head, then dig in his ears several times before handling plates and delivering food to tables was a turn off for sure. The flat iron steak was good, pasta not so much. I think we will head to town for dinners the rest of our stay at McCormick Ranch.
