  • So now, because the manager calls us back because he saw this review, HE offered us a free oil change to try and win back our business. Like a sucker, we agreed to this gesture and then the company's response was that WE misunderstood??? We will NOT be accepting the offer from Scotty to show us how he said customers should be treated and will stick to our rating of one. This response to our post was enough to show us how they really feel about customers. If I was Scotty I would make sure next time that whoever this Andrew guy is, that represents Scotty and this location, doesn't have access to respond to these reviews. This response was offensive. The misunderstanding was not on our end, and we didn't ask for anything for free from Scotty. If my wife was told "next in line" she would have waited, BUT SHE WASN'T! So don't act like this is what your technician said to her. This definitely shows the lack of honesty and integrity of this establishment. PEOPLE, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! THEY DON'T DESERVE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY.
