  • I came here for an eye exam, and scheduled an appointment many days in advance based on the positive Yelp reviews. After my visit here, I'm convinced that some of these reviews are probably fakes. This place was a complete waste of time. They kept me waiting for close to an hour in the waiting room, so I just got up and left. The receptionist didn't care at all and didn't even bother offering an apology for the outrageous wait time. I could see other people in the room also visibly upset as they've obviously been waiting much longer than me. I ended up leaving, wasting my money to Uber there and even worse wasting an hour of my time on the weekend travelling on a day with -30 degree weather. It's extremely rare for me to leave a 1 star review. I'm not a hard person to please, treat me with fairness and respect and I'm happy. A small apology about the wait and some reassurance would have gone a long way. Why would I come back if the staff doesn't care or respect their patients? No thank you, will never return here.
