I'm rarely compelled to write poor reviews but this one is well earned. I visited Statclinix during the holidays shortly after suffering a rough virus. I came in with classic symptoms of a sinus infection and was told adamantly that I suffer from allergies, that I wasn't acclimated to the AZ climate, and had no infection. False, I was born and raised in AZ, and upon returning to my primary doctor with worsening and extremely painful sinuses to the point where I had 7/10 pain and could not sleep my doctor took one look at me and gave me Amoxicillin. After 1 dose of antibiotics I already feel improvement. I can't wait to finish my antibiotics to feel better. A misdiagnosis alone does not warrant a poor review, however. I was ordered a blood test to rule out a potentially worse condition and told to wait 3-5 days. On the 6th day with no word I called the lab and was told the doctor had my results and should've called me. Upon calling Statclinix I induced my results. Thanks for not promptly sharing my lab results with me. I reckon I never would've been notified. What a poor experience!
