  • Absolutely terrible customer service!!! If I could give no stars I would!!! I had a breast cancer scare and this doctor couldn't even feel the lump that I had on my left breast!!! I had to show him where it was and I just had visited him a month ago for a check up and he didn't feel anything luckily I checked for myself and I felt it!!! When I went in for the results I felt it was very rushed even though the results were negative I had a lot of questions and I felt he was irritated with me and just wanted to leave the room!!! Very unprofessional I would not recommend this doctor at all!!! Never going back again!!! And don't get me started on his billing procedures can you talk about shady!!! His front desk and billing department don't even know how they handle reimbursements!!! I had to wait over 4 months to receive my money when my insurance company sent over the money months ago!!! I wanted to talk to the doctor about the run around with the bill and they said I have to schedule an appointment and pay over $90.00 just to talk!!!! Are you kidding me!!! All this doctor cares about is his money not the well being of the patient!!! Ladies don't go here!!! Find a doctor that actually cares about you and not his wallet!!!
