| - My terrible experience is probably the result of just one of their sales associates, yet, no other team members came forward to assist when there was an obvious problem evolving. I went to purchase a screen protector for my new iPad. Since this store is out of the way and involves a special trip, I called prior and received excellent advice and confidence. Upon arrival, the sales clerk who attempted to assist me had zero knowledge of the product offererings, could not make a suggestion on the best screen protector, and was upset when i asked him technical questions. After a few of his non-sense answers, It was obvious he was without a clue. Actually told me there is a static charge on the ipad glass--DUH, glass is a perfect insulator of any electrical charge. I left immediately. To top it off, it was a June afternoon, 105 deg outside and this fine sales associate was wearing a knit beanie, full sleeves of tatoos that projected a persona of someone who should be working at Happy Trails. What professional business (other than a tatoo shop or the old Tower Records) allows their employees to dress like a homeless person?
