  • This is a new store in the old location of the downtown Playdium. 3 floors of arts and crafts supplies! The first floor has fine arts (painting, drawing, etc.) along with frames and custom framing. The second floor is beading/jewellery making and yarn. The top and largest floor has seasonal, floral, ribbon, glassware, and all the various craft supplies (scrap booking, soap making, wood carving, etc.). Nice big open store and easy to find stuff in. Unfortunately, like most Michaels stores it was way too hot inside. It was cool and windy outside but inside felt like a sauna, Prices are pretty much the same all their stores and not jacked up because it is in such a high rent district. Always be sure to go to their website and download the latest coupon before shopping as they always have a coupon there.
