  • I brought in a few pair of pants to add zippers and one to have altered. When I went to pick them up, the altered ones were still baggy in the front and rear. I asked them to fix them and told them that I wanted them to look like the other pair that I had dropped off with them. He said that was all that he could do and refused to do any more. It cost $30 for that pair and they weren't the way I wanted them. Didn't offer to redo them or any money back and just shooed me away. Definitely won't be back. Way over priced and absolutely no customer service. Should have checked the reviews before I went.
