  • This service is very necessary and appreciated however the administrative staff is a hindrance to the good work the drivers do. The "red tape" and ignorance of the desk staff is terrible. This is extremely dangerous considering the fragility of the customers they transport...seriously- demanding my mother, who cannot even hold a pen to SIGN her application form!! Also would be great to have some more polished staff directing phone calls from families!!
