Why a drug store on the corner of a busy intersection has, most of the time, only one cashier and many people waiting in line is beyond me. And the store itself is small enough so that line often interferes with the shopping experience.
As for the pharmacy, this is the first I've experienced where one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing; where not everyone knows how the computer works among their ongoing changing staff; where one pharmacist in particular, I wish I knew her name, is impatient and rude.
Were the store not within walking distant from my home, I'd take my business elsewhere.
