  • We really enjoyed our honest technicians! They thoroughly inspected the cooling side of our air conditioning unit, as explained without any unnecessary up-selling. During their visit, we were shown where in our AC unit, to look for clues on what to consider saving funds for future repairs or replacements. Something that was particularly impressing was their professionalism. Our technicians showed and explained everything that they were doing, at the time they were inspecting. In the past, we have not received hands on walk through of our AC unit, and what to be made aware of as a homeowners. Alaskan brought to our attention where to look, what to look for, and how long to wait for having professional inspections of our air ducts, unit pressures, and temperatures. They are informative and detailed in all aspects of HVAC; we learned that this acronym stands for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, and is the technology of indoor [and vehicular] environmental comfort. We highly recommend ALASKAN for all your air conditioning needs! In addition they have great billboards, a cool mascot, and a company that values being involved in our community!! (we actually won a certificate of service during a local Boy Scouts of America event)
