  • Feeling a little frustrated after seeing this practice (south location, mainly) for over five years. My sons rash reappeared after a ten day antibiotic... on a Saturday. Should be fine, since they are open Saturdays, but this Saturday they neglected to turn their phone system on to take my call. The office for Saturday appointments is 25 miles away so I can't just walk in. I call on Monday to see if we can change the Rx but they won't without seeing my child. I understand, but I have three kids and a job so this isn't the easiest task. Good thing I have a telemed doc who will take care of my son when Agave can't.
