  • I went into the groomers, paying for the Pawdicure. This is supposed to include: nail trim, nail grind, ear cleaning and hair removal, cologne, and a bandana. First, the groomer did not trim the nail, only did the grind. I did not complain because "hey, maybe my dog's nails were really short,". Then, my dog flinched every time they went into his ear. In my opinion, they were being really rough on him. So, they did not clean or remove any hairs because they did not want to get bitten. Lastly, when they returned him to me, he wasn't even spritzed or had a bandana. I had to remind them to do those things. I was already very upset that I paid $20 for a simple nail grind. They did not do all of the things in the package and still charged me the full amount, telling me to go handle the ears myself. Very disappointing. A few weeks later, I went to a private groomer, Debbie, who charged $30 for a full grooming! She even did his ears and nails properly. Never going to petsmart grooming again... Waste of money. The 3 stars I put up there represents the 5 star service I get from the store employees, who not only handed me coupons for various items, but were nice enough to carry bigger items to my car.
