  • Would never recommend this place. I purchased a Groupon for my son's birthday in January. Had to call and make a reservation. The day before we received snow in Charlotte, which if you know the south that pretty much closes down the city. I called to reschedule and was rudely told that I needed to reschedule 2 week before hand. I replied that nothing on their website or in the groupon states this policy and he frankly told me "Well I'm telling you now". No Thanks, I'll take my business elsewhere!
