| - This is without a doubt the worst FedEx I have ever used. The main printer was doing a job, so the employee (John) told me to use the self-print machine to print my pages, and then he would spiral bind them afterward. That in itself was OK, but he made no effort to help me get the settings right. This was a 200+ page book, double sided, that had to be formatted right to work in a spiral. I asked him over the counter for help with the print settings, got a really effortless "What does it say"-type of answer, and then had to directly ask him to come around the counter to look at the settings. I even drew on a piece of scrap paper how I wanted it to come out. This couldn't possibly have taken up much time if he had just helped me in the first place instead of dragging out the whole process. Also, be warned that the computer attached to the self-print machine has next to no RAM, so expect to stand around waiting at least 5 minutes for a job this size to even start. Thank goodness for Tkia, who actually did the binding, was very friendly, and let this miserable experience end.
