My first time in Charlotte, NC, so I didn't know what to expect when I came here. Being that I have lived in some of the most expensive cities in the country (e.g. New York, San Francisco, etc.) I was appalled by the cover charge here. First off, it was $25 a person to enter this place. I am still unclear as to why they charge such a high cover for a mediocre club/bar/whatever you call it. I came out here on a Saturday night and it was jam-packed! There should be some sort of capacity limit on a place like this; but hey gotta make that money! The only pro to this place was the DJ. He was playing some fabulous music, and I live for the music, so I was satisfied in this area. The people were super stuck up and seemed like they were afraid to dance. Everyone stood in a circle around the dance floor which was super awkward. What's the point of coming out to a dance club if you are just going to stand around and look at the wall? Anywho, overall, I would recommend this place if there is nothing left to do on your night out. This is a last resort spot!
