THE HYPE IS REAL!
TL;DR: must try: creamy polenta with truffles mushroom; spaghetti and the mascarpone cheesecake.
We went during the restaurant week and everything was SO good! If I'm stranded on an island and can only eat one thing for the rest of my life, I'd pick that polenta. The cheesecake was made from mascarpone, so it's not heavy like the New York cheesecake but A LOT smoother and creamier. In fact, probably the smoothest and creamiest I've ever had.
I also love the design of the restaurant. Intimate, not too loud, has a glass wall facing the Bellagio fountain show and seemingly much larger tables than other fine dining places (lol). I also noticed a couple semi-private rooms for larger groups and events.
Edits: almost forgot about the bread basket. They had like 6 different breads with all kinds of flavors and textures. Never thought that I would be craving for some broccoli bread.
