  • DO not use this establishment. I have been in the service industry for over 30 years and never have experienced a worse experience. The owner is homophobic, non responsive and only cares about her "real customers" which to echo what other reviews have said are her non Groupon customers. I made the mistake of ignoring the other bad reviews and purchased a Groupon for my partner and myself. It took over a week of messaging the owner before she finally responded via text. She said she would return my message on 3 different occasions on the same day but never bothered to do so. It took almost 3 weeks for her to actually respond. I told her that I would like to book consecutive appointments for me and my partner since we have limited time and only one car and she responded by saying that "doesn't work with her schedule". She also said responded calling us a "couple" in a derogatory way and went to to say that there was no excuse for needing to come together saying " there is something called Lyft and Uber". What a disgraceful way to treat your customers. Finally, when I confirmed that I was going to write this view she literally said " I don't care". It was clear her tone got worse when once she realized I was in a gay relationship. She also never once apologized for lying about when she would respond with an appointment time. I truly don't understand how this woman still has a business. Please do not give this woman your money . There are many options out there with higher ratings that care about ALL of their customers.
