  • These guys are true professionals with a focus on customer service. We moved out of the north side to Chicago and ordered our 20 foot truck and tow trailer to tow our car at this location. We also picked up last minute moving supplies, packing tape, etc. With a long drive, our plan was to pack up on Tuesday and move out Wednesday morning. Since the trailer we needed wasn't available here, we had to pick our equipment up at the pleasant Hill location. We needed to leave our trailer somewhere so we could load up the truck. Ted and his team at the North Side went out of their way to help us. They recommended that we leave our trailer there, and offered to help us get the car on the trailer when we were ready to leave the next day. Keep in mind we paid at the other location, so the North Side guys didn't "have" to help us. When we did pick up the trailer, their guys ran out to help and even cleaned our windows for us. Top class and friendly people here, thanks for eliminating a moving headache for us guys!
