  • Beautiful hotel with great breakfast. The staff was overly accommodating when we stayed during the evacuation of hurricane Matthew and ended up in an accident. Will definitely stay again if we return to Charlotte. We did book Sonesta in Orlando because we were so pleased with our stay in Charlotte. Their prices were a great value for the cleanliness, breakfast, amenities and most of all, comfort (the beds)!
