  • I'm going to start by saying, I 100% understand that security is important. However, I have been to soooo many concerts here it's ridiculous, and never once have I ever had any issues, until last night. I went to a concert there two months ago, AFTER they announced the bag/policy change. I took a pretty small across the body purse, and they let me in, no problem. I went back last night, with a much smaller WRISTLET clutch, and they wouldn't allow my clutch inside. It was half an inch bigger than their "measuring stick", but smaller than what I took with me the last time, and they wouldn't let me in with it. The lady that told us no, stopped us before walking to the gate, was probably one of the rudest women I've ever met in my life, and said that "now days we have people trying to blow up the world". Again, I understand that, however, look inside the half an inch too big wallet that I'm carrying. So after all of this, putting my keys, smokes, everything in a plastic bag, they didn't even check the plastic bag. What if someone had a bomb in my half empty pack of cigarettes? that plastic bag did nothing because nobody even looked at it! The security change here is terrible, and hopefully they fix it because the venue itself is great, but I won't be back. I'd rather travel out of town to see a good band.
