| - Just wanted to post my experience when I was buying tickets online:
So I checked on my phone for an event and was looking at pricing, seating, etc. Since I prefer to use a computer over a phone for ordering online, I waited until I was able to use a computer.
I was trying to select the seats I wanted, seemed simple on the mobile site, but it wouldn't let me click on the seating map on the website, even though it said to click on a desired section, it would let me click anywhere. So since I couldn't select a seat, I did the quick pick option - it was the only way I could order tickets online.
So after buying my tickets, I decided to check the mobile site again, just to check seating. On the mobile site, it would still allow me to choose my preferred seating, in fact there were better seats. I feel frustrated that because there were better setting available that the quick pick seats I got. Although it's a few rows difference, I wish I could've pick my seats on the website like it seems like I should be able to. Maybe it wasn't working or the website was having an issue.
I know the seating is very good overall, just upset that if I would just used the mobile site for my purchase, I could've gotten a better seat. Since there's no refunds or anything, can't do anything about it.
