  • Ooooooooh, we! I had just left a mammogram follow-up appointment receiving great news. I would usually drink a bottle wine but decided on something sweet instead. This location is situated just down the street from Concord Mills, and in the new shopping mall with Earth Fare, Bad Daddy's and many other wonderful shops. It's a tiny little shop and upon entering no one said hello or anything. They have tiny Bundt cakes called Bundtinis that are just one bite, Bundtlets that are a single serve like a cupcake, and they also have 8" and 10" Bundt cakes. They have a sample table that had red velvet samples and they were so yummy. Two bundtlets cost a little more than $8. I purchased the peppermint chocolate chip and the vanilla bundtlets, for my Prince and I. I literally just finished the peppermint chocolate chip cake and it was so moist and delicious. I couldn't stop eating it. From one bite to the next, it was just amazing. I would definitely go back to try the other flavors. I wonder if the Prince will allow me a bite of his!
