  • This complex is under new management, PEM Professional Equity Management. They do not honor your existing lease, every month you see new charges and taxes. The Police are on campus on a nightly basis, and lets not forget the ghetto bird. You go to the office to inquire, and you are left dumbfounded on where did they find those idiots " was CASS having a job fair, and that where you found them?" We have shootings, drug deals and open vandalism on a daily/nightly basis. Since the take over from MEB this complex has become a war zone, extremely unsafe with hidden additional charges add each month. My rent was $880.75 before the take over, and per my lease which is still a valid legal document till 12/01/2016. This month April of 2016 they are requesting $1018.00, due to concessions and taxes for items that I have no ideal what for.. RUN from this ghetto!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
