  • Took my son's truck in to get a front end alignment after replacing ball joints and tie rod ends and was told that I installed ball joints for a coil spring suspension truck and not a torsion bar suspension truck. I explained that the truck sitting at their shop has coil springs and not torsion bars so I installed the right ball joints. I was told that the ball joints were not correct and that they could not align the truck. That night, I dropped off the truck at Bell Ford and had it back within 3 hours aligned, lubed and washed. Imagine that, they were the correct parts I installed! STAY AWAY from this shop. The manager and tech do not know anything about the most basic of suspensions
