  • Unprofessional in my opinion. They were very inconsistent with the time and day of pickup. I requested a Friday so the yard was fresh and clean for the kids to play outside over the weekend. Sometimes they would show up at 7pm at night! We would be done with our week and would like to barbecue and sit outside to a fresh clean yard and start our weekend. My expectations were to come home from work on a Friday to a fresh clean yard and relax. One day they showed up a day early, unexpected in mid afternoon, and knocked on my door. They never introduced who they were and just asked if they could pick up today. I was confused at first. Never a "Hi, i'm such and such from The Real Pooper Scoopers of Las Vegas and i'm here to service your yard." Totally threw me off guard because it was a guy that was at the door and it was a girl who I always communicated with to start and pay for services. They always showed up in a white truck but it was marked with a magnet sign that read pool and spa. It freaked me out with all the crime that's going on around here! Also, when they were done cleaning they would use my hose spout that is located at the front of the house on the walkway by the front door to clean their tools. I have a baby that is crawling-the last thing I need is somebody to walk through a soapy wet mess possibly remnants of poop and bring that into my house on their shoes! I would have appreciated if they asked first and did not clean their tools in the front of my house on the walkway. I paid for a month in advance and their prices are reasonable and they did a good job when they picked up. However, my yard was supposed to be serviced this past week and they never showed up. They never called me, never emailed me, and never texted me. I have not received an invoice either to pay for the next month of service. We had an agreement that she was going to send me an invoice monthly. I emailed them, and I sent her a text and I still haven't heard back from them. They are just MIA so now I have to find somebody else to come and service my yard. I hope all is ok with them but what an inconvenience.
