  • This small RV park is is great & so clean and neat because of David who has been there about 5 months and takes pride in his work maintaining the park, always ready to help new arrivals park & answer your questions. Cleans and tests the pool daily which is great to lounge in & meet travelers of different locations. The regulars are nice as well. The on going complain in reviews is the office manager which I have to agree is the problem at park. I tried to be extra nice because she was so curt but I would ask a question and she wouldn't even look at me or answer, the owners are absent if you wanted to speak to them. A reviewer had said that it was a poor part of town with empty lots I beg to differ, the only lot empty lot is owned by park and is used for dog walking but just loose gravel. The street is filled with new apartment buildings that are quite modern & nice. Do stay and enjoy this park the Metro which dings when passing and I think it's part of the charm. I saw no homeless or noisy people mostly students & the Metro is in front of park so I was able to go to museums and Tempe Town Lake which has boats to rent so fun! The Tempe Center for the Arts ( Wednesday musicians gather for open mic night) & Papago park which has the heritage museum, Zoo, Hall of flame, Tempe town center is full of attractions & Harkens theatre which now sells alcoholic drinks while you are watching films. There's a plane route which crosses behind park so you're able to watch smaller planes pass. This simple park has two bathrooms with showers and laundry which work well. I didn't use the WiFi or television so can't comment but never been in a RV park that did have good coverage anyway. So put your feet up at the pool which is kid friendly jump on the rail for $2 check out. Update to come...
