  • I cannot say enough good things about the Olmstead Team. We moved here 5 years ago and we have bought 3 homes from them. (1 home and two rentals.) They are so delightful to deal with and have a system in place to walk you through every step of the transaction so there are no surprises (and with great communication). What I think I appreciate the most about this group is everyone is completely competent in their roll, (we have personally worked with Laura, Monica and Mark as agents) but the whole office staff is organized, accessible and knowledgeable. I am certain a large part of that is due to Bill Olmstead's excellent leadership. He is incredible (and so nice!) In addition, they have a great supporting team around them. From mortgage brokers to inspectors, to handymen and everything in between, they are well connected in the community and continue to come along side you in whatever capacity they can to help solve issues that might come up later. We have been in our home for over 3 years and needed a roof repair connection and they had an amazing individual they connected us with who was fast, efficient and very fairly priced. We will continue to use the Olmstead Team for any future house purchases and highly recommend them to anyone who needs a real estate agent.
