This one follows the same idea as the Mills company's outfits in the states - lots of discount stuff with a Bass-Pro hunting fishing Disneyland as one of the anchors (BTW, the people in this Bass-Pro were very rude, especially if you try to go out the wrong way).
I have been to two in the States, one near my former hometown of Chicago and one in Milipetas (I call it Millipede), California near Santa Clara. This one is a bit smaller (it has only one food court - Gurney Mills in Chicago has two), but is generally similar. Decor is intentionally tacky - a sort of self-mocking campy style. Not everything is cheap either - you could drop a big bundle at the Holt-Renfrew "outlet!"
A pleasant enough place to spend a few hours, and large enough that you are almost sure to come away with something in hand.
