  • I was extremely pleased with the services that I received today from the YES! Air Conditioning & Plumbing team members who came to my home to inspect my A/C unit, to flush the hot water heater, and to check out a leaky bathroom faucet. The A/C team consisted of Bill, Mark and Austin, and Wayne, the plumber, flushed my hot water heater and checked out the faucet leak. They arrived right on schedule, introduced themselves and gave me their business cards, promptly put on shoe covers, explained to me exactly what they would be doing both inside and outside the house, and then got right to work. They did everything they said they would and even cleaned my air filter as a bonus! Because this was mostly a preventive maintenance visit, they wrote me a detailed report of recommendations and provided me with an estimate of what I would need down the line due to the age of my house. All team members were clean-cut, extremely courteous, and highly professional and I will definitely call this company when it comes time to replace my A/C unit and hot water heater and will recommend YES! to all my friends and acquaintances.
