  • Ugh! I've had my share of eyebrow threading in various locations around the US and this woman has a monopoly on the business in Madison. Therefore, she thinks she can charge $12 for eyebrow threading. This is ridiculously expensive. I've gotten them done in NYC, Portland, and CA for around $5-10. She also recently stopped taking appointments which means that customers can expect to wait an average of 30-60minutes just for a quick fix up. Also, I don't have a car and I bused/walked there today when she specified her hours as 8AM-1PM and a note on the door said she had left at 11:45 that day! She is inconsistent and disorganized. I wish there was someone else to go to in Madison that was a little bit more public transportation accessible.
