  • Terrible service, tried refinancing, after the run around for 2 months, text messages from Joe Long instead of calls, he goes on vacation and has Jed call and say they can't do it because they don't believe their own appraisal and they are incapable of finding another appraiser. If you want 50 emails, communication through texts, closing dates canceled the morning of via text, and poor service this is your place to go!
