  • Sadly Sierra Point has changed since Atria began operating this location. The food is horrific and the maintenance of the building has declined. The hallways are dirty and unkept carpeting and walls. They make promises they don't keep on a regular basis. They have food committees and don't seem to hear how bad the food has become. This is one of the most expensive senior living homes in Scottsdale. It was a wonderful place to live when it was Independent. Also, they continue to raise the monthly costs more than once a year. The activities to be fair, are good and the person in charge of activities is excellent.
